Please read the Terms and Conditions of this Customer Agreement carefully before you (the customer) make reservations and/or purchase a tour and/or tour-related products listed on Pharaohntours.com. This agreement with help you completely understand the rights and responsibilities of both yourself and Pharaohntours. By becoming a Pharaohntours.com customer, you agree that you have read, understand and agree with the following Terms and Conditions, and give irrevocable consent to be bound by all said Terms and Conditions, including any updates thereto. Pharaohntours has the right to change the Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice. Pharaohntours encourages you to print out a copy of this agreement to review and bring it with you on your trip.

Your Eligibility

You must be an individual, 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may use Pharaohntours.com only with involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

Your Responsibility

Before making reservations, it is your responsibility to read the fine print associated with your desired product including, but not limited to, the following sections: Pricing and its notice, Tour Itinerary, Package Includes, Package Excludes, Cancellation and Refund Policy, Terms and Conditions, Special Note, etc.. And you herein state that you have read and fully understand the content of all fine print and will waive the right to dispute any part of it after your purchase.

Once you have completed your reservation, it is the customer’s responsibility to keep all contact information up-to-date.

Standard Reservation Process and E-Ticket Top

  1. Immediately after submitting your reservation/order, you will receive a Receipt of Reservation by email. This Receipt of Reservation does not guarantee seat availability.
  2. Within one to two business days of submitting payment for your reservation/order, you will be notified via email of your reservation`s confirmation.
  3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email after we confirm your reservation and all requirements and arrangements have been finalized for your tour. Tour details and contact information for the local tour operator will be included on your E-Tickets for your convenience and reconfirmation purposes.
  4. Simply print out your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID to your tour guide or at the check-in desk on the day of your departure. E-tickets will serve as your proof of purchase and a boarding pass. Pharaohntours advises you to call the local tour operator to reconfirm your flight arrival information and pick-up schedule before your departure.

Privacy and Data Collection Top

pharaohntours.com is the sole owner of the information collected on this website. We will not sell or share this information to any outside parties, except as outlined in this policy. pharaohntours.com collects information from our users at several different points on our website in order to process reservations and better serve you with pertinent information. Information collected includes name, shipping address, billing address, telephone numbers, email address and payment information such as credit card. Pharaohntours.com also requires you to submit a username and password of your choice for future access to your information. Your username and password is to remain confidential and you should not share this information with anyone. Pharaohntours’s information practices are further described in its Privacy and Security Policy. Pharaohntours’s Privacy and Security Policy is part of this Agreement, and you agree that use of data as described in the Privacy and Security Policy is not an actionable breach of your privacy or publicity rights.

Travel Insurance Top

Pharaohntours strongly recommends our customers acquire insurance covering medical, trip cancellation, and baggage, etc. Pharaohntours does not currently offer any travel arrangements. The tour products listed on Pharaohntours.com are operated by independent tour providers. We act as agent for providers of tours, transportation, sightseeing and hotel accommodations. Pharaohntours shall be exempt from any liability in the event of an accident resulting in, but not limited to, loss or damage of properties, injury to people, death during trip, delays, irregularities or other occurrences beyond its control. Settlements will ensue in accordance with rules set by airlines, hotels, buses, etc. You agree that Pharaohntours will not be liable for any costs or damages arising out of a dispute or disagreement between you and any participating provider or a third party for anything that is in any way related to this site or the use of information contained in this site, and you hereby expressively waive any such claim against Pharaohntours and its owner, members, officers, directors, employees, parents, subsidiaries, agents and representatives. Pharaohntours suggests that due to the Cancellation Policy for your tour and the unexpected events that can possibly occur, your party would benefit from purchasing Travel Insurance for your reservation.

Tour Amendments and Cancellation

Tour providers will try their best to make sure all the tour arrangements will be the same as planned. However, to ensure safe and secure tours, tour providers reserve the right to make amendments including altering, postponing and canceling tours due to weather, transportation, riots and many other uncontrollable circumstances. Tour providers also reserve the right to cancel the tour prior to departure, and refund payment if the number of participants is inadequate to form a tour group.

Language

Tours are escorted by professional English or bi- or multi-lingual tour guide and/or driver guides. In order to meet the language needs of the majority of passengers on a tour coach, tours and/or languages may be combined to enable operation of the tours. You have the responsibility to inform us of your language needs when you book the tour online.

Passports and Visas

You are responsible for obtaining any travel documents and/or verifying entry requirements necessary for each country of travel and/or transit on your selected tour itinerary. Entry laws differ with respect to traveler’s citizenship. Pharaohntours cannot obtain personal travel documents for customers or assume responsibility for notice of current requirements on any given country. You are responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of delays or itinerary changes related to your lack of appropriate travel documents.

You should strictly abide by the laws and regulations promulgated by the government of the visiting country including but not limited to immigration and Customs Laws and Regulations. Pharaohntours will not be responsible for any penalties due to your failure to abide by any regulations of the government of the visiting country.

Pricing, Amendment, Cancellation and Refund Policy Top

Please be aware all prices are offered in the currency of United States Dollars. Prices may vary due to availability. For example, prices may increase during holidays. All prices are subject to confirmation. Further details about Pharaohntours’s cancellation and refund practices are described in Standard Amendment, Cancellation and Refund Policy. Pharaohntours’s Standard Amendment, Cancellation and Refund Policy is part of this Agreement, and you agree that you have read and approve of all its content before making an online reservation.

Buy 2, Get 1 or 2 Discounted Offers Top

Offers are provided and confirmed only on an availability basis. Once confirmed, the reservation cannot be changed or removed without a Cancellation Fee. If cancellation of free-fare passenger(s) is made at least seven days before tour departure date, the reservation will be subject to a $30.00 Amendment Fee plus the amount for the paid participating travelers. Cancellations within seven days of tour departure date are subject to the Standard Amendment, Cancellation and Refund Policy. No-shows on the tour departure date will be assessed a penalty fee (fees are dependent upon the tour) per passenger, that will be paid in cash by the other participating travelers of the reservation. This is a mandatory fee to be collected by the tour guide in order to participate on the tour.

Pharaohntours’s Standard Amendment, Cancellation and Refund Policy is part of this Agreement, and you agree that you have read and approve of all its content before making your online reservation.

Ticket Sales and Shipping

Please note that credit card ticket purchases will only be shipped and delivered to the billing address associated with the credit card that is used. Guest purchasing through wire transfer, money order, cashier’s checks, traveler’s check or cash can arrange delivery to noted address or hotel. Tickets not received and/or lost in mail will not be replaced unless insurance is purchased. Ticket(s) usually arrive within seven days from the date of purchase if office pick-up is not chosen.

 

1) Delivery to friend’s/relative’s address: Guest bears the responsibility of noting the recipient (collector) and recipient’s phone number (collector’s phone number) when completing the shipping information during the checkout process. Tickets can only be delivered within the United States.

2) Delivery to Hotel: Guest bears the responsibility of noting hotel name, address, phone number and suite/room number when completing the shipping information during the checkout process. Tickets can only be delivered within the United States.

3) Office Pick-up: Guests can arrange for office pick-up at 301 E. Foothill Blvd., #100, Arcadia, CA 91006 USA during our normal business hours from Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Guests paying by credit card must be present with a valid form of ID to pick up tickets.

4) Insurance: Insurance is automatically added to ticket purchases with shipping costing more than $500.00. The additional fee will be added to the price of the reservation. Pharaohntours automatically adds an insurance premium to ensure that tickets get to the noted delivery address.

For purchases under $500.00, insurance can be purchased as an option. The insurance only covers the contents of the parcel until delivery. Pharaohntours will not send replacement ticket(s) for lost/stolen ticket(s) after they have been delivered to the noted delivery address.

 

Airport Transfers/ Flight Information

Flight information must be provided in order for the airport transfer services to be arranged. At our discretion, if flight information is not provided or provided last minute, your reservation will be noted as a self transfer and no airport transfer services will be arranged. If you decide to self transfer to the tour’s first night’s hotel, please inform us at your earliest convenience. If you opt out of a transfer service, you may reinstate the airport transfer service if notification to reinstate the service is given well in advance of the tour’s departure. Urgent requests to reinstate airport transfer services cannot be guaranteed. If a flight is delayed, Pharaohntours/local provider will attempt to arrange a later airport transfer service, however, this later service is not guaranteed. If an airport transfer service is not available and cannot be provided, all guests are responsible for self transferring to the tour’s first night’s hotel.

Travel companion

All travel companions parties agree to take the tour together on their own will and accord. Disparities financially, culturally, or personally are each party’s responsibility to resolve and must not affect the overall tour in any fashion. If one party cancels their part of the tour, all additional penalties or charges associated with the cancellation of the departing party’s tour must be paid by the departing party in full. This ensures the departing party leaves the attending parties and their tour in good standing.

Travel Companion orders are nonrefundable after the payments have been submitted by each travel companion party. Travel Companion tours cannot change departure dates unless all parties consent to the departure date change. Airport transfers for Travel Companion orders follow the same standards as airport transfers provided on normal tours. No additional room alteration to a tour may be made once the tour has been confirmed. Default tour rooms are standard double rooms with two queen size or full size beds unless otherwise specified. Additional bedding arrangements will come at additional fees if available and will be the responsibility of the travel companion party.

All parties herein agree to the policies and bindings of a Travel Companion bookings and terms and conditions and have agreed to the continuation of the tour in each party’s good faith and understanding.Multiple pick-up locations and times may not be available for all tours. Travel Companion parties must decide on one pick-up location to meet at for the tour (for tours offering pick-up location services) or one airport transfer service time (for tours offering airport transfer services; one airport and one transfer per party). We suggest the selected pick-up location to be equidistant from each travel companion or the selected airport transfer time to be the later of the two airport arrivals (Early arrival travel companions should wait for the later arrival travel companion for one transfer).

Chargeback

You hereby waive any objection you may have to Pharaohntours’s use of electronic records with Discover, MasterCard, Visa, American Express or banks that issue credit cards should it be necessary for Pharaohntours to respond to a chargeback. You agree that Pharaohntours does business electronically by email, so email is accepted as the form of delivery of the services provided by Pharaohntours. You are not ordering tickets to be delivered in person or by mail, so you agree to accept email as the form of delivery and instructs Discover, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and banks that issue credit cards that email delivery constitutes delivery of services in this transaction.

You agree not to dispute a credit card charge on the basis of services not rendered if Pharaohntours can prove that the E-Ticket was sent by email (by providing electronic proof that the E-Ticket was sent at a specific date and time as recorded by Pharaohntours’s computer system, by fax (by providing a copy of the transmission record showing the fax was successfully sent to the fax number provided, by mail (by providing a signed statement by the person who deposited the E-Ticket in the United States Postal Service). You agree that you will not dispute any charge improperly. This includes filing chargebacks claiming fraud if you claim the name of Pharaohntours was not recognized by you. In the event you file a chargeback improperly, you agree to provide a written statement to the credit card company confirming the charge is correct and should be paid and agree to send a faxed copy of this letter to Pharaohntours, Attention: Chargeback, info@pharaohntours.com.

In the event legal action is necessary for by Pharaohntours to collect money taken away from Pharaohntours through a chargeback or to collect the Chargeback Fee, you agree to pay Pharaohntours’s legal expenses if Pharaohntours wins the lawsuit.

Medical Conditions, Pregnancy and Travel

If you have a medical condition, or if you are pregnant and considering travel, you must consult with your doctor before you travel, especially if medical condition requires daily routine care, urgent care, or your pregnancy is high-risk. You are responsible for disclosing any related information to us during the check-out process by adding special comments. You understand Pharaohntours or local provider is not in a position to provide any medical services or urgent care in the event such an action may be required. You are liable for any risks, incidences or consequences incurred during travel. We highly recommend that you purchase medical insurance and travel insurance before you travel.

Disabilities and Travel

We embrace all people, regardless of colors or physical conditions. One of our goals is to provide free access and expand travel opportunities for people with special needs in the United States and abroad. We are exploring more travel products to accommodate this special population; however, yet, not all the travel products we currently offer include special accommodations. You are responsible to verify with us before you book travel to ensure that special arrangement can be made if it is required for your needs. Pharaohntours or local provider is not liable for any incidences or consequences incurred during travel or complaints or lawsuits during or after travel due to your failure to inform us of your special needs. You also have the responsibility to re-confirm with us, after we reserve seats for you, that special accommodation will be provided per your request.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Pharaohntours uses reasonable efforts to have accurate, complete and current information on its website. However, since travel and tour rates are constantly changing, we do not warrant that all information is up-to-date or free of technical or typographical errors. It is the user’s responsibility to verify any information before relying on it. We reserve the right to make changes and updates to any information contained within this site without prior notice. Access to, and use of, this website and the content thereof is at the risk of the user. In certain instances, we have provided links to other websites solely for your convenience. These sites are not maintained or controlled by Pharaohntours, and we are not responsible for their content. It is up to you to take precautions to ensure that whatever you select for your use is free of such items as viruses, bugs, worms, cancelbots, Trojan horses and other items of a harmful or destructive nature.

If your contact information, including but not limited to, your email address, phone number, physical address or other data is incorrect, Pharaohntours will not assume any liability for information not received by the customer/consumer.

Choice of Law, Waiver, and Claims

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without reference to conflicts of law rules. As a condition of the use of the Pharaohntours website and service, you (the Customer) agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the County of Los Angeles, California and therefore agree to file any grievance or suit of any kind exclusively in the courts located within the County of Los Angeles. If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the other provisions contained herein will remain in full force and effect. Pharaohntours’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of the Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as creating or constituting a partnership, joint venture or agency relationship between Pharaohntours and the product providers or between Pharaohntours and any other of its Corporate Partners. Neither the product providers nor any Corporate Partner shall have the ability to create any obligation on Pharaohntours’s behalf. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Pharaohntours with respect to the use of Pharaohntours.com.

To Secure Your Payment:
To secure your payment you must inform PharaohnTours of your request. A company representative will contact you to discuss and finalize the arrangements and send you an itinerary for final confirmation. You must confirm these details and pay the deposit, as discussed in your details, to Memphis Tours by wire transfer or credit card (Visa or MasterCard are accepted).

Amendments by the Client:
Any changes made to the original booking are subject to availability. If the full payment has been received and/or a voucher has been issued, no administrative fees will be applied except on changes to tickets for air travel.

Payment Policy:
Reservations should be made as early as possible to book the desired holiday. Space on a given tour will be secured upon receipt a deposit of 25% of the full price. This payment will be 50% during the Christmas and New Year holidays and on packages including airfare. This deposit counts as part of your final payment. Deposits can be made by bank wire transfer or sent via Western Union or paid using a credit card (Visa or MasterCard). Payment should be received within 7 days of booking.

Payment by Credit Card Requirements:

If paying by credit card, according to our bank regulations, the following documents are required to enable our accountant to charge your credit card for the agreed upon services. These documents should be faxed or emailed to Memphis Tours or given to our representative upon your arrival at the airport. Otherwise, we will not be able to proceed with completing your request.
• A signed authorization letter to PharaohnTours Egypt allowing the withdrawal of the required amount from your credit card. The signature must match that appearing on your credit card and passport.

Payment by Monthly Installments:

PharaohnTours offers you a new payment plan that allows you to pay your tours, Nile cruise, or other travel packages in monthly installments:
You will pay an agreed upon amount every month, determined by the total cost of the tour booked to pay the deposit in 6 monthly installments leading up to your arrival. The balance will be paid upon your arrival in Egypt in cash or by credit / debit cards or you can pay the full cost in monthly installments before your arriving Egypt

Refunds:

  • A refund will normally be made to the same account and using the same method used for the original payment. No refunds are possible in the event of a no show for an existing reservation.
  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
Our Cancellation Policy
The Cancellation Policies listed below apply to all reservations unless the tour booked has specific rates or fees listed under “Special Notes.” Please carefully review the “Special Notes” of your tour prior to booking. Please know that Pharaohn Tours will always adhere to individual tour policies when applicable.

• Please note that cancellation fees are calculated based on the date we receive your signed Cancellation Request Form and travel service start date.
• If a tour is scheduled to depart within the next 6 days, we will not change a traveler’s departure date and will not offer a refund.
• All cancellations must be made directly with Pharaohn Tours, not with tour providers.
• In most cases, reservations paid by wire transfer, cash deposit, or money order/traveler’s check/cashier’s check will be refunded via PayPal or check. For refunds processed by wire transfer, any associated wire transfer fee will be deducted from the overall refund amount.
Free Cancellation

Single Day Tours/Activities*: Cancel at least 7 Days in advance of the start date of the experience for a full refund.

• Admission tickets/passes or skip-the-line tickets excluded. Please check special notes as some tours are non-refundable.
How to Cancel a Reservation
We will process your cancellation/refund request within one to seven business days. We will NOT acknowledge any verbal / over-the-phone request or voice mail. Verbally speaking with our customer service representatives without filling out a request form will not guarantee that your cancellation has been processed or acknowledged. We will NOT accept email cancellations unless they have a complete, signed, and attached Cancellation Form.
• Cancellation must be made by filling out and signing the Pharaohn Tours Cancellation Request Form

Accommodation:
Unless otherwise stated, prices are based on two persons sharing a room (twin sharing). Rooms for single occupants are available with an additional of supplementary rate. Hotels and lodges are named as an indication of quality and rooms may be reserved at an establishment of similar quality. Published prices are inclusive of tariffs and other costs at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice.

Flights:
Domestic Flights:
The programs quote the average price of flights with approximate timings. Requests for specific flight times or changes to previously booked reservations may result in changes to the total price of the package.

International Flights
Pharaohn  Tours can assist you with international flights if needed.

Responsibility:
The Company acts only as an agent for the participants in regard to travel, whether by rail road, boat, aircraft, or any other mode of transport, and assume no liability for injury, illness, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity to person or property resulting directly or indirectly from any of the following causes: weather, acts of God, force major, acts of government or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, labor disputes, riots, theft, mechanical breakdowns, quarantines or acts of default, delays, cancellations or changes made by any hotel, carrier, or restaurant. No responsibility is accepted for any additional expenses.

Special Requests:
If the Client has any special requests, he should inform company at the time of booking. The Company and its suppliers will try to satisfy such requests, but, as these do not form part of the contract, the company does not guarantee to do so, including for pre-bookable seats. If the Company confirms that a special request has been noted or passed on to the supplier or refers to it on the confirmation invoice or elsewhere, this is not a guarantee to fulfill it. The Client will not be specifically notified if a special request cannot be met. The Company does not accept bookings, which are conditional on the fulfillment of any special request.

Children Policy:
• Policy 1: for packages, Nile cruises, and hotels
Under 2 years old: free of charge
Under 6 years old: 25% of total tour cost for an individual
Under 12 years old: 50% of total tour cost for an individual
All children 12 or older are considered adults.
If your tour package includes flights, an extra supplement for your child may apply.

• Policy 2: for sightseeing tours & shore excursions
Under 6 years old: free of charge
Under 12 years old: 50% of total tour cost for an individual
All children 12 or older are considered adults.
If your sightseeing tours include domestic flights or ferry boat, an extra supplement for your child may apply.

Tipping:
Tipping is customary for expressing one’s satisfaction with good services rendered to him by staff on duty with him. We advise you to tip as you are willing. This will be greatly appreciated by staff, but you are not obligated to do so.

Complaints:
If you have any complaints while you are in Egypt, please notify the company (Memphis Tours Egypt S.A.E) immediately because most problems can be solved quickly. If you feel that your problem persists call the chairman of the company while you are still on your tour; after you return home, if you are still not satisfied with the service you received you must write to the Egyptian Travel Agent Association.

In the unlikely event that your complaint cannot be dealt with to your satisfaction by speaking to a Pharaohn Tours staff member or the chairman of the company, you may refer your complaint to the Egyptian Ministry of Tourism in Cairo.

 

General Terms of Use:

A. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.

B. United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile.

C. Minors under the age of 18 shall are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.

D. If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.

E. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

F. We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED, USD, EUR, and GBP.

G. www.memphistours.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

H. Multiple transactions/bookings may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Acceptance of the agreement:
The contract constituted by the company’s acceptance of the client’s booking, subject to these booking conditions, shall constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company. The payment of a deposit or final payment by bank transfer or credit card indicates that tour participants have read and accepted all terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.
