Your adventure begins in Cairo, setting the stage for two days of awe-inspiring discoveries. Day 2 is dedicated to Egypt’s iconic landmarks: the magnificent Giza Pyramids, the enigmatic Guardian Sphinx, and the treasure-filled Egyptian Museum of Antiquities.

From Cairo, you’ll travel south to Luxor, the gateway to Upper Egypt, where your Nile Cruise awaits. Days 3 to 7 unfold along the legendary river, revealing the grandeur of Luxor and Karnak Temples, the mysterious Valley of the Kings, the unique mortuary temple of Queen Hatshepsut, and the beautifully preserved temples of Esna, Edfu, Kom Ombo, and Philae in Aswan, alongside the modern marvel of the High Dam.

The cruise offers a unique perspective on Egypt’s ancient civilization, allowing you to witness daily life along the Nile and enjoy stunning sunsets over the desert. After your cruise, you’ll journey back to Cairo for your final night before a departure on Day 9, filled with unforgettable memories of the Pharaohs’ land.

Tour Plan

Day 1: Arrival Cairo

Upon your arrival at Cairo airport, you'll receive a warm welcome from our representative, who will assist you and arrange transfers to your hotel in Cairo.

Settle in for the evening, allowing yourself to unwind and relish the nighttime vistas of Cairo.

Overnight - Cairo

Day 2: Giza Pyramids - Guardian Sphinx - Egyptian Museum of Antiquities

Following breakfast, your personal tour guide will accompany you to the Giza Plateau to explore one of the seven wonders of the ancient world: the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chefren, and Mykerinus, alongside the renowned Sphinx and Valley Temple. Afterwards, journey to the Egyptian Museum, where the treasures of the young king Tutankhamen await your discovery.

In the evening, you'll be transferred to Cairo railway station for an overnight journey aboard a sleeper train or talgo train to Luxor, ensuring your comfort in your private cabin with cozy twin beds.

Day 3: Luxor - Nile Cruise Tours - Luxor & Karnak Temples

Upon arriving in Luxor, you'll check in aboard 5-star Nile cruise ship. Subsequently, venture to explore the world's largest temple complex, Karnak Temple, to witness the Temple of Amun and the Temple of Luxor. You'll marvel at its courtyard and the granite statues of Ramses II before traveling by bus to visit the Karnak Temples, constructed by various Pharaohs across different eras.

Immerse yourself in the Avenue of Sphinxes of the Hypostyle Hall, witness the Obelisks of Queen Hatshepsut and Tuthmosis, explore the temple of Amon adorned with lotus and papyrus designs, behold the Granite Scarab of Amenophis III, and admire the Sacred Lake. In the evening, an optional sound and light show at Karnak Temple will be available.

Day 4: Nile Cruise Tours - Valley of the Kings - Queen Hatshepsut - Esna - Edfu

Explore the West Bank of the Nile, where you'll encounter the renowned Valley of the Kings, the Colossi of Memnon, and the Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut. The Valley of the Kings houses 64 tombs and chambers, varying from simple pits to intricate tombs featuring over 120 chambers.

There is an optional tour for a breathtaking sunrise hot air balloon ride in the early morning.

Marvel at the incredible Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, often hailed as one of the "matchless monuments of ancient Egypt," nestled beneath the cliffs at Deir el Bahari. The Colossi of Memnon stand as two colossal stone statues of Pharaoh Amenhotep III. As we set sail towards Edfu, enjoy a leisurely dinner onboard the cruise ship. Spend the night on board.

Day 5: Nile Cruise Tours - Edfu - Kom Ombo - Aswan

Explore the well-preserved Edfu Temple, a tribute to the falcon god Horus, among Egypt's best-preserved temples. Indulge in a leisurely onboard lunch and then continue the journey towards Kom Ombo. Later, immerse yourself in the Kom Ombo Temple, dedicated to the twin deities, Sobek and Horus.

Day 6: Nile Cruise Tours - Aswan - Phiale Temple - High Dam

Start your day with a delightful breakfast, followed by a comprehensive guided tour of Aswan. Begin your exploration with a visit to the remarkable High Dam, an impressive feat of engineering. Next, immerse yourself in the beauty of the Temple of Philae, dedicated to the goddesses Isis and Hathor.

In the afternoon, you have the option to embark on an optional tour to a Nubian village. Discover the vibrant culture and traditions of the Nubian people as you explore their village and interact with the locals.

Day 7: Aswan to Cairo

After enjoying breakfast, you will disembark from your Nile cruise. This morning there is an optional tour to visit Abu Simbel temple, depending on your preferences.

In the afternoon, we will arrange your transfer to Aswan railway station, where you will board an overnight sleeper train or talgo train to Cairo. The journey will take approximately 13 hours, allowing you to rest comfortably onboard.

If you prefer a quicker option, there is an available flight upgrade from Aswan to Cairo. Additionally, upon request, we can arrange one night of hotel accommodation in Cairo.
