Day 1: Arrival & Relaxing on 5-star Nile cruise and Visit Luxor East Bank Side

Upon your arrival at Luxor airport, our representative will extend a warm welcome, offering assistance and coordinating transfers to ensure a seamless check-in experience aboard 5-star Nile cruise ship. Subsequently, embark on an exploration of Luxor's East Bank, starting with the awe-inspiring Temple of Karnak, the largest temple complex ever constructed, with a history spanning over 2000 years of continuous construction. Later, venture to Luxor Temple for an excursion where you can admire its picturesque courtyard and the magnificent granite statues of Ramses the Great.

Dat 2: Hot Air Balloon (Optional Excursion) & Luxor West Bank

At approximately 4:30 AM, you will be picked up for an incredible and unforgettable hot air balloon ride over the West Bank of Luxor. Enjoy breathtaking views of the city's landscape and famous landmarks as you watch the sunrise illuminate the sky over the open-air museum city of Luxor. Marvel at the great temples and mountains below during your 40 to 55-minute ride. After the ride, check-out and enjoy a breakfast box. then head to the west bank to visit the Valley of the Kings, providing an opportunity to explore tombs from various dynasties and the impressive Temple of Deir El Bahari. Along the way, pause at the Colossi of Memnon, two imposing seated statues of Amenophis III facing the Nile, which are sure to leave a lasting impression. Afterward, proceed to the Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut, also known as the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut. This remarkable temple was constructed for the pharaoh of the Eighteenth Dynasty who passed away in 1458 BC. Situated below the cliffs at Deir el-Bahari on the west bank of the Nile, it is located near the Valley of the Kings.

Day 3: Edfu & Kom Ombo

Savor a delightful breakfast on board before moving on to visit the Temple of Horus in Edfu. This remarkable temple is dedicated to Horus of Behedet, the lord of Edfu. It stands as the most renowned monument in Tell Edfu and represents the finest example of Ptolemaic temple construction in Egypt, celebrated for its completeness and exceptional state of preservation. The temple spans over 140m from south to north, covering an area of approximately 7000m2. Afterward, enjoy a sumptuous lunch on board before embarking on an exploration of the Temple of Kom Ombo, dedicated to the two gods Sobek and Haroeris. This extraordinary temple pays homage to Sobek, the crocodile god, and Horus the Elder. With two identical entrances, hypostyle halls, and sanctuaries, the temple's symmetrical layout reflects the mythical connection between the two gods.

Day 4: Sail to Aswan - arrival Aswan

After enjoying a delightful breakfast on board, start your day with a visit to the Temple of Philae, dedicated to the goddess Isis. Nestled in a picturesque landscape designed to replicate its original setting, the temple was relocated by UNESCO due to the threat posed by the construction of the Aswan Dam. Following this, make your way to the Unfinished Obelisk, situated in the northern region of Aswan's ancient stone quarries. This obelisk, recognized as the largest known ancient obelisk, is attributed by archaeologists to the female pharaoh Hatshepsut. Concluding your day, head to the High Dam, a rock-fill dam located at the northern border of Egypt and Sudan. This dam harnesses water from the River Nile to create the impressive Lake Nasser. Its construction, initiated in 1960 and completed in 1968, was officially inaugurated in 1971.

Day 5: Abu Simbel Temple (Optional Excursion) & transfer

At approximately 5:00, your guide will collect you for a trip to Abu Simbel (shared with a small group) to explore one of Egypt's most remarkable locations: the rock-cut temples of Abu Simbel. These temples boast a distinctive design and were constructed for King Ramesses 2nd and his cherished Queen Nefertari. You will return to the cruise around noon to retrieve your belongings.
